Our studio features Green Guard certified flooring, an upgraded air purification system, high ceilings and natural light. We believe this calm and inviting environment is the perfect place to practice yoga. The studio temperature is comfortable - warm, not hot - and use infrared heat only for specific offerings as noted. We are proud to be affiliated with some of the highest qualified yoga teachers in the area, several of whom join us with decades of experience.
